John J. Martin, M.B.A.

John is the CEO & Chief Strategist for Martin Sloane International (MSI). The company offers ‘par excellence’ information technology services to clients worldwide. He has over 20 years of experience as a ‘Big 4’ consultant working with some of the world’s largest corporations where he had responsibility for project budgets in excess of $10M and managed 100+ member cross-disciplined project teams. He is a thought-leader and an early adaptor for creating an integrated strategy and value framework for innovation.
As an IBM executive, John had responsibility for North America’s financial clients. He made frequent presentations to clients and internal practitioners centering on the benefits of business value. A brief list of clients includes Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Prudential, AIG, CVS, Procter & Gamble, Hartford Insurance, United Healthcare, State of Texas, State of South Carolina, Principal Financial Group, TJ Maxx, HSBC, Aviva, John Hancock, Medco, Citi, and ING. John is a Strategy Advisory Board (SAB) Fellow with the following certifications: SAB Certified Strategy Advisor, IBM Certified Professional Consultant (CPC), IBM Certified Project Manager (CPM), ICCP Certified Systems Professional (CSP), IBM Certified JAD Facilitator. He is also a 20-year Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Scout Leader. |
Tracey Flemmings, Ph. D.

Tracey has always had a passion for service and supporting charitable causes. Over the years, she has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. She retired from UPS after a stellar 29-year sales, HR, and technology career. Her responsibilities included international sales, corporate training, talent development, and leading a $200M+ supply chain integration effort.
Tracey currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Barber-Scotia College. |
Kevin M. Butler, Ph.D.

Kevin is an entrepreneur, coach, and teacher. Over the past 30 years, he has successfully built and run several businesses and non-profits. He has been an advocate for single mothers, underprivileged families and urban youth. He uniquely understands the minority community's circumstances and impediments and have worked to improve their lives through opportunity, education, and sports.
Kevin will help our sister company - Martin & Company - develop a program strategy that fosters entrepreneurial training, investment, and sustainability. |
Clark 'CG' George, CPA, M.P.M.

CG is a retired military officer with over 35 years of experience in accounting, auditing and finance. His experience spans from small business clients to large international corporations and governmental organizations. Over his career, he has created an impressive cross-industry resume that includes pharmaceutical, manufacturing, agrochemical, agriculture, biotechnology, state government and the U.S. military. For the past 10 years CG has consulted exclusively with small businesses in the areas of accounting, auditing, and finance.
Past employers include Bayer, Corning, Eaton, Monsanto and Maryland State Government. Throughout his adult life CG has adhered to the call for service. In addition to the military, he has served as a Pop Warner Football coach, Meals on Wheels Coordinator, and a Service Officer for Disabled American Veterans (DAV). |
