Mr. Martin serves as the CEO & Chief Strategist for Martin Sloane International (MSI) and the CEO of MSI Global Campus (MSI Global), a 501(c)3 nonprofit based in Charlotte, NC. MSI is renowned for providing strategic consulting services to SMBs, nonprofits, and corporations, while MSI Global Campus is dedicated to delivering entrepreneurial and workforce development training to disadvantaged individuals.
With extensive consulting experience spanning all organizational levels, from frontline staff to C-level executives, Mr. Martin brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. As a certified strategist, he excels in transforming clients' visions into innovative, value-added solutions, specializing in business intelligence, transformation, insight, value, and quality management. Mr. Martin is also a Certified Ice House Entrepreneur Facilitator (CIHEF) and holds several nonprofit certifications, as well as expertise in organizational facilitation, project management, business value, data, and quality management. Before his current roles, John amassed over 30 years of industry experience as an IT executive at IBM, with additional training responsibilities at Royal Insurance, Bank of America, and IBM. He has taught at Rutledge College, Catawba College, and The Boost Pad. Recently, he helped develop the framework for an entrepreneurial mindset program for clergy and laypersons at the Osmond Center, Duke University. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Martin is deeply committed to servant leadership, serving as Board Chair for various organizations and actively contributing to community initiatives. His journey reflects his passion for driving positive change and empowering others. Additionally, he represents our companies in five small business advocacy organizations, highlighting his dedication to community engagement and support. |
Tracey Flemmings, Ph. D.

Dr. Flemmings is a seasoned Business Development Executive with over 30 years of professional experience. She is a goal-oriented leader, highly effective in assessing, training, coaching, and managing diverse teams as a confident C-Level executive and communicator. Her expertise includes leading business marketing and strategic planning efforts. A conceptual thinker, she excels in analyzing and generating innovative ideas while fostering the growth of her team. One of her most rewarding assignments was managing the worldwide logistics team, where she oversaw UPS' international supply chain.
Dr. Flemmings has always been passionate about service and supporting charitable causes. Over the years, she has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations, dedicating her time and expertise to further their missions. She currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the Board at Barber-Scotia College and as Chair of the Cabarrus Minority Alliance. Additionally, she is the former Interim President of Barber-Scotia College, where she led the institution's renaissance. She is also a dedicated community advocate within both the private and public sectors, securing sponsorship support for the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) and the North Carolina Foreign Trade Promotion Council. Dr. Flemmings played a crucial role in developing partnerships between UPS and academic institutions such as Duke University and UNC-Wilmington. She is a self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges. |

His entrepreneurial spirit is matched by his deep commitment to social advocacy, particularly for single mothers, underprivileged families, and urban youth. Dr. Butler's profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by minority communities has driven his mission to create impactful opportunities for improvement.
Throughout his career, Dr. Butler has tirelessly worked to uplift and empower those in need through various initiatives centered around education, sports, and community development. His efforts have not only provided immediate support but have also laid the foundation for long-term growth and self-sufficiency within these communities. By leveraging his business acumen and passion for social justice, Dr. Butler has become a beacon of hope and a catalyst for positive change, demonstrating that with dedication and the right opportunities, everyone can achieve their fullest potential. In addition to his entrepreneurial and social endeavors, Dr. Butler has developed a unique ministry that combines biblical teachings with sports and life skills, primarily aimed at disadvantaged black male youth. Through his ministry, numerous young men have earned college scholarships, transforming their lives and providing them with opportunities they might not have otherwise had. CG is a retired military officer with over 35 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. His expertise spans from small business clients to large international corporations and governmental organizations. Throughout his distinguished career, CG has built an impressive cross-industry resume that includes pharmaceutical, manufacturing, agrochemical, agriculture, biotechnology, state government, and the U.S. military. For the past 10 years, CG has focused exclusively on consulting with small businesses in accounting, auditing, and finance.
CG's past employers include Bayer, Corning, Eaton, Monsanto, and the Maryland State Government. In addition to his professional achievements, CG has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to service. As a deacon and CPA for his church, he has dedicated his skills to uplifting disadvantaged individuals and has led or participated in numerous projects aimed at community betterment. His passion for service extends to roles such as Pop Warner Football coach, Meals on Wheels Coordinator, and Service Officer for Disabled American Veterans (DAV). Internationally renowned for his captivating speaking engagements, Dr. Bell possesses a unique ability to inspire and motivate audiences with his insightful observations and strategic prowess. His published works, including a book and a white paper on strategic corporate principles in faith-based leadership, exemplify his commitment to advancing organizational effectiveness. Additionally, he has contributed to two other books that derive theological and leadership principles from scripture. He is a consummate educator and trainer in corporate, education, and nonprofit sectors. As a technology expert, Dr. Bell boasts a proven track record of guiding corporations and governmental entities in translating vision into actionable strategy and innovative technology solutions. His contributions have notably enhanced the operations of respected organizations such as IBM, Bank of America, and the U.S. Census Bureau. Dr. Bell earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Johnson C. Smith University, an M.B.A. with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Policy from Northwestern University's J. L. Kellogg School of Management, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a specialization in Ecclesial Leadership from Regent University. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Dr. Bell is deeply committed to community service. Currently serving as the Board Chair of MSI Global Campus, Inc., he has also held positions on the Board of Directors for the Harvest Center and chaired the Charlotte Cares Mentoring Movement.
